Planning Meeting Minutes - June 12th
1. Teams were assigned. Team assignments will not be made public until the day of the Derby.
2. Challenges were selected from the Minute To Win It website. The committee discussed how each challenge would be modified for Derby play and a scoring system was devised (post meeting by BJ).
3. Materials list was made and items were assigned to committee members.
4. Buffs were discussed and Pookie will go to Michaels to get bandanas with LKB discount.
Action items:
- Kate and Pookie to discuss menus with JoJo and Babsie. Our hope is to have the elders do only a small amount of preparation. We may have some food catered.
- Pookie will acquire buffs.
- BJ will create blog with challenge videos and scoring scheme outlined (done!)
